The WR147E is the largest wired Landroid in this comparison, rated for lawns up to 1,000 m². It arrives with everything needed for installation: charging station, power supply, 150 m of boundary wire, fixing nails, connectors and spare blades. It suits a buyer with a decent sized garden who wants a complete box and is willing to lay a perimeter wire, and who values Worx's app for scheduling.

In its favour
- The box includes a 150 m boundary wire, pegs, spare blades and connectors, according to the listing.
- A rain sensor sends it home in wet weather and a lift sensor stops the blade when it is raised.
- Edge cut and AIA narrow passage handling mean less tidying in tight corners.
Good to know
- The listing does not give a maximum slope, so check the Worx manual for a sloping lawn.
- The weight shown in the listing (21.5 kg) likely includes packaging, so the mower weight is unclear.
Our take
Cutting system
Worx fits a floating blade disc, which rises and falls with the ground so the cut stays more even over bumps. AIA technology is the brand's name for handling narrow passages, so the mower can get between lawn sections through tight gaps. Edge cut is designed to trim along the boundary and reduce the tidying you do afterwards. Cutting height runs from 30 mm to 60 mm, and the listing does not state a cutting width.
Sensors and safety
Two sensors are named. A rain sensor sends the mower back to its charging station when it starts to rain, protecting both the lawn and the machine. A safety sensor stops the blade from turning if the mower is lifted or tilted. The listing quotes 64 dB in the title for noise, which is fine for daytime use but louder than the 57 dB(A) Gardena robots. Since the mower returns home by itself when it rains, it also avoids cutting soaked grass, which tends to give a ragged finish and can mark soft ground.
App and anti-theft
Through the app you can measure the lawn, generate a work schedule automatically from its size, and receive firmware updates over Wi-Fi. A PIN code protects it, and the app can disable the mower if it leaves the lawn area. The listing mentions Android remote control specifically, so iPhone owners should check app support.
Points to weigh up
No maximum slope is given, which matters if your lawn is uneven. The listed 21.5 kg probably includes the packaging. Compared with the Worx Landroid WR142E, the WR147E covers more ground; compared with the Worx Landroid Vision Cloud, it needs a wire and lacks four wheel drive. The Husqvarna Automower 315 is the wired rival with a stated slope rating.
Verdict
Buy the WR147E for a lawn up to 1,000 m² on fairly level ground if you want a full wired kit with rain sensing and app scheduling. For steep or complex gardens, the Worx Landroid Vision Cloud is the better tool, and for a smaller plot the Worx Landroid WR142E does the job with a stated 35% slope rating.
